Nice weekend

It's a nice weekend here. When I woke up this morning we had nice sunlight and as usual it's cold outside. It is fine though because we don't have any plans to go out. Today we're just staying at home. As of now I am in front of the computer while my little boy is playing beside me. He tries to grab the mouse and wants to type too. This is what he does when he is at my side and I'm in front of the computer. Also when I visit or drop EC in other pages and we find a site that has a video post, that's his favorite when I open it, especially a video for kids or funny one. Black Friday Shopping

Last night my husband and I were planning to get up quite early this morning to try roaming inside the store and look for good deals. Yes we woke up 8:30 AM with our little boy. Our first choice is to go to Walmart to look for something for our little boy and something for gifts. When we went there, we were not the only ones who went shopping early. There were lots of people in the store looking for good deals too. We were inside the store almost 2 hours and we bought some clothes for my little boy and some gifts. Well, we did get a nice deal for the items we bought. Also, even though it's not easy to wake up earlier than we're used to, it is a nice experience shopping on black Friday. This is my first experience shopping on black Friday.

Nine months check up of my little boy

This morning my little boy woke up quite early. I just wanted to sleep more but he always moves and tried many times to hit my body but acted I like I was sleeping until he moves and talks. So I couldn't ignore him anymore, so we got up and go play in the living room. I thought he is excited about his 9 months check up, lol. Yes today is the schedule for his check up and we meet his doctor at 1:30 PM. Probably he gets shots again today. Also we are going to his sister's house to have dinner. My little boy

Almost 10:00 PM here, just on the couch with my little boy in my lap while watching the finale of Dancing With The Stars and making a post in my blog. Much things to do right?lol. Well this is what I want while on the couch there is something to do at least I enjoy doing them. As long as my little boy cooperates with me on what I'm doing, that's would be great. But it's hard sometimes if he wants my full attention to him because I couldn't do nothing, but that's fine because he is the best of all. At this time he is OK and probably in a few minutes he is getting bored here so I need to play with him again, but I hope he gives me more time here so that I can post one more. It's been an hour now since I'm in front of the computer trying to figure out how to post a video. Our baby sleeps late

This is a nice first day of the week. We woke up quite late though, but it's normal for us here because we stayed up late at night. That's why everytime I wake up early in the morning I'm really happy. My little boy has difficulty to sleep early at night and if he sleeps early, he really wakes up again and sleeps back late. Also he has a habit to play in bed first before he goes to sleep. He crawls around and tries to climb the head board of bed. He is really so active and I'm so thankful to God that He gives my little boy in good health. It is very important as a parent to see kid/kids is in good health.

Last night my husband and I decided to go to Meijer store today to buy Christmas decorations. A Christmas tree is what we wanted to buy. When we got to the store we found out there were lots of Christmas trees in which we can choose from. It depends what sizes we wanted. The first time I saw a 4 ft. tall Christmas tree and it was 25% off so I didn't hesitate to tell my husband to choose it, eventually it was his first choice as well. So we bought it and some decorations. When we got home he assembled the tree and I waited for him to finish and let my little boy sleep. Then after an hour he sleeps and I was happy because I can continue to decorate the assembled tree. Now it's finished and it looks like needs more decorations or more adjustment.

Great Friday

What a great Friday!!!! I woke up with sunlight unlike the last few days past which had cloudy skies. I like sunlight in this cold weather but still I'm lazy to go out. Like in the afternoon my husband took back the rented carpet cleaner at Home Depot and I tried to go with him with our little boy but after he told me it was very cold outside, it change my mind. So I decided to stay at home and do something in my blog while my little boy was playing.

Now it's almost 3:15 PM here, they both are taking a nap and seems like I'm alone, lol. Well that's nice too because I can continue working my blog while waiting for my little boy to wake up. He sleeps good at this time especially he sleeps in my lap with the music on. I mostly have music on in day time when he sleeps, if not, we've noticed he wakes up easily from different sounds like cell phone ringing or horn from a vehicle outside and other sounds inside the house. I have no idea if having the music on while he sleeps will give him a bad habit. I hope not because it's just only in the day time and not in night time.

Carpet Cleaning

I've been sitting down in couch watching TV for over an hour while in front of the computer. We had a great day after my husband decided to rent a carpet cleaner from Home Depot. Problem getting sleep

It's quarter to 3 PM here now and I'm just trying to update this blog. Many times I tried to update this blog unfortunately my little boy won't give me any time until I put him in his walker to play by himself. I tried to to let him have an afternoon nap, but after a few minutes, he woke up. He has a little problem getting sleep since he knows how to play and started crawling. I know playing is always in his mind. He can't walk and get some toys by himself, he needs our assistance and wants us to play with him. I know in few months he'll be able to play by himself.

Great Wednesday

It's a nice Wednesday here. Even though our plan yesterday was to clean our carpet using the carpet cleaner we have tonight, unfortunately it stopped working due to long time not using it. My little boy 9 months old today

When I started blogging, I was 7 months pregnant with my little boy. Since then he has always been in my topics from kicking in my tummy to the schedule of my delivery of him. He is really part of my blogs and it shows how happy and proud a mother I am. Well, I know all mothers are really proud of their kids and so am I.

Today my little boy is 9 months old. How happy he was that he can finally crawl on the floor. A

few days ago I shared that we said goodbye to our cat. The reason is shown now that instead of our cat crawling on the floor, now our little boy can. Honestly it's still hard to accept that our cat's not at home, but when I see these photos of how my little boy is so

happy while playing and crawling on the floor, made me very happy. Since he started to crawl, just now, at 9 months old, we give him a chance to crawl on the floor. Before, we just let him crawled on a mat which is quite slippery and after a few minutes he asked us to carry him. Now I'm very happy that he is able to play and crawl on the floor.

It is the first day of a week and we have a nice day today. Still quite dark due to cloudy skies and cold, makes me and my little boy stay at home. Last night I made a decision to go with my husband shopping for our daily needs but when I woke up this morning I change my mind not to. He is a good shopper but he doesn't look for good deals, but I make him responsible to shop alone in this cold weather, lol. Snow Fall

Wet and Cold Weekend

It's a wet and cold weekend here. We had a whole day of rain and until now it's still raining. As usual we are at home and just watching shows on T.V. Great Day

It is a great day for us here. Even though it's still fresh in our mind we lost a pet but we really accept the reality that it really had to happen. Well, I shared this topic yesterday in my other blog about our cat which we said goodbye to her due to some important reasons. It's hard but we need to accept it. Anyway we have a great day here as I've said. It's cold outside and we prefer to always inside the house. I am so happy that my little boy has a good sleep this afternoon and until now he still sleeping, now I can do my blog works but soon I'll stop here to prepare our dinner. A few weeks ago I was posting about the trees started having some leaves fall in our yard. Most of the leaves are down now and my husband decided to start cleaning them . You can see how many leaves there are. After I took this photo this afternoon while my husband is cleaning up, it came to my mind that it's true "leaves are for fall and snow is for winter".

Last fall, it was the same mess we had, but we helped each other clean up the leaves but since we had a little boy I couldn't help my husband to clean our yard. He worked hard this time. I hope I can help him this winter to shovel the snow and be able to bring our little boy outside with us to enjoy the snow. This will be his first winter.

After dinner

We just newly finished our dinner, and as usual after every thing's done in the kitchen we directly in front of the television watching news and other shows. This time while watching T.V., my little boy gives me time in front of the computer so I continue doing my blog and make a post. I hope he gives me more time so that I can do more work in this blog tonight especially visiting some blogger sites. We have a nice weekend. It's quite cool but it's our expectation of this kind of season anyway. For two days now we have had partly cloudy skies but no rain at least. Few days ago, when we had a long trip to Chicago we were lucky then because the weather was so nice and didn't even need a coat, it's OK and the sky was so nice at that time.

Today we just staying at home and making plans to buy some decorations for Christmas like a Christmas tree, but we both lazy to go out in this cool weather. For sure this coming few days we can do that though. Last year we had no decorations, but I hope this year we can do that. I'm used to it when I was in the Philippines. Well, I miss those things here.

We have a great Thursday and because of our tiring travel yesterday my husband and I have body aches. As I've said in my first post that he has backache and I have muscle aches in my arms, maybe for carrying of our little boy while waiting our turn. At least everything is OK and just waiting for the papers and my passport they mail to me. Yesterday was a great experienced for me to travel to a different state, it was hard though because of a long ride but it's worth. I can see nice scenery and a huge farm on the way to Chicago. I just wanted to stop and take some photos but we couldn't because we had no time. I did take some photos while the vehicle was moving. Above is one of the photos I took. It was a huge farm and I don't know what kind of crops they planted but there were some farms had corn already harvested.

The time I got pregnant with my little boy, my husband always hoped that the eyes of our little boy are same as mine. I asked him, why? He said to me that his eyes are not good as mine. Tiring day, yesterday

It was a tiring day, yesterday. As I said in my last few post in my blog that we went to the Philippine Consulate in Chicago. Yes we did it yesterday. We had a long ride with our little boy. We woke up early and arrived in Chicago after about 6 hours. It was really so tiring especially with our little boy, that was his first long ride in a vehicle. I was worried at first because I thought he can't understand and would get bored sitting down in his car seat for a long time, but I'm happy because he only cried when he wanted milk or if he wanted to sleep. But when we went back home and it was getting dark with no sunlight he started to cry and we noticed that he wants the car interior light on, so his daddy turn on the inside light of the vehicle. I've noticed him, he doesn't like to travel at night time and me as well. We got home after 8 PM last night and I tried to update my blog but I was really so tired and we all went to sleep earlier than usual. This morning when I woke up, I had aching in my arm muscles and my husband had a backache from the 11 or 12 hours of travel yesterday. Well, I'm thankful that everything went OK with my processing and I'm waiting for my new passport.

My Husband's Birthday

Today is my husband's birthday. He turns a year older and we thankful for God for the life and everything He gives to him. It is a nice first day of the week. It's partly cloudy though, but still the sun was able show its shine. Outside not so chilly, and my husband wouldn't wear coat when he went out to the store to buy something for his room. He never finished the room he's working on upstairs but going to anyway.

Today my husband and I were busy preparing the papers for the requirements of my passport renewal. Last month, I think I posted here regarding renewal passport was postponed last month due to some reasons. A few days ago my husband and I decided to continue our plans to renew my passport at the Philippine Consulate, Chicago this coming Wednesday. Aside from my passport renew, we're submitting our report of marriage and the report of birth of our little boy. I hope this processing won't take longer than a day because we don't want to stay in a hotel for overnight stay but if we need to, we will. This plan change is for our convenience so that we won't have much to process in the future and also the price of the gasoline is getting lower so it's a good idea for us to process at this time. Well, I hope the requirements of the said processing is complete and no problems. Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!

Busy Day

Today is a busy day for us. Not for Halloween preparation, but for cleaning the yard and inside the house. My husband and I are both busy cleaning. He had cleaned our yard and after that he cleaned the mess upstairs wear he is making an additional bedroom. He is not finished building the room but he took some scrap and dust from the cutting of the panels he used. He has nice idea though at least after he is finished, the mess won't be to much. After working upstairs he substitutes watching our little boy so I can continue to clean the rest of our house downstairs. We finished cleaning around 4 PM so we both decided to buy fast food for our dinner. Now it's almost 11 PM here and I just do my post for today!!!! Well, good night to all...
