Prospective buyers

It's been near 2 weeks now that our house has been on the market with the real estate agent. There were some prospective buyers coming in to view the house and so far no luck yet. The first buyer really wanted the house but when the wife saw that the toilet was not big enough for her, they decided not to buy. The next buyer really wanted to buy too then they offered $8,000 lower than the price given, of course my husband couldn't accept it due to the fact that the price we are asking is really so low and he said we just wait for some buyers to give a better price. So today supposedly 2 clients were to come over to view the house but a few hours before of the schedule time the realtor called my husband and said one of the clients postponed the schedule and the other one cancelled. Well the customer is always right is what I or we know so patience is good for us here at this time and we'll just wait for the best and exact time of the house to sold out. So good luck to us here!

Suffered neck and back pain

It's been days now that I've suffered neck and back pain. It started a day after our painting in the ceiling and kitchen walls. I thought it was not hard work for me because my hubby did most of the work. Anyway I was not surprised to have neck and back pain because I get these pains every time after we fix things here. My husband keeps telling me to let the doctor examine me, but I refuse due to the fact that I'm afraid. I don't want to know what's causing this pain in my back. Well I hope my mind is changed though but for sure it won't change and I won't allow a doctor to examine it, lol. Hardheaded people suffer a lot I guess and that's me!

Go to the zoo

So many times we planned to go to the zoo, finally today we decided to go. In the afternoon since we never had nothing to do, my husband asked me if I wanted to go. At first, I said no and he told me that this is only the day that has nice weather in the forecast for this week. In my thoughts if I didn't go before summer was over,then maybe I can go in the fall when it's getting cooler so I decided to go today. We enjoyed it a lot even though we couldn't see some animals but at least I watched some of them. Below are photos I want to share and I hope you like them.

Watching music videos

Nothing much to do this day. After days of helping my husband do some worked in the kitchen, we both are now quiet and relaxed. We are both in front of the computer, I'm watching music videos on the net and he is playing poker. We finished everything and all we have to do is clean up our daily mess just to be ready if somebody wants to buy this house. As I've said we're both in front of the computer. Curious about the weather

Just recently I asked my husband, when does the summer end here in the USA? After asking him, I felt like a little girl who is so curious about the weather. Yes, even an adult like me is really curious about the weather now. It is summer here right?, but I can feel it's over. I say this because we experience rain and cloudy skies for days ago. Also since yesterday we never used the A/C, nice though but the bad thing was last night my husband turned on the furnace. Luckily today the coldness is OK even with the rain pouring still but that's fine because plants, animals and even us needs it. I may ask, are you curious about the weather? If so then me too! lol.

Plants had some fruit growing for us

As I shared some photos of my plants a few weeks ago in this blog, I said that I hope they'll grow so that we can harvest them. My husband and I were not wrong because we noticed that the plants had some fruit growing for us. We are so happy after we saw some flowers bloom and after days of watching them, we saw some small fruits grow. Today, when I brought the garbage out and I saw my plants again, they remind me to take some photos of them to share again. I saw them getting yellowish though and I have no idea, why? I gave them some fertilizer and I hope they can recover soon and become greenish again especially they have started to grow fruit.

Photos of our kitchen

These photos of our kitchen show the reason we were so busy for the past several days now. Except for my little boy, anyway. He is a good boy sitting and playing while we were working in our little cooking and eating place. Yes, my husband and I helped each other with the painting in the kitchen for days and finally it's done yesterday. So today I took some photos of it to share. Green is the color we both picked for a change from the white color we had before. This is the last of the painting we have to do in the house so hopefully a buyer will want the color we picked or they can change it themselves after they buy the house.

Nice Friday

What a nice Friday morning with nice sunshine as well. I woke up early this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. So I decided to get up from bed and directly in front of the computer and do the routine such as check email, surfing and some work on my blog. It's early for me to do the chores or else I disturbed my one and a half men who are sleeping, lol. Yes, I don't want to disturb them especially they were both stayed up late last night. Now, I'm free in front of the computer and nobody to disturb me as well, lol. Unfortunately I wanted to catch up with some Ec drops but the Ec server has problem, so got stuck on it. Anyway, gotta go for now and have a nice Friday to all.

Put our house on the market with a real estate agent

As I mentioned in my previous post we finally put our house on the market with a real estate agent after a year out in the market for sale by owner. Yes my husband decided to use a real estate agent to sell our house due to the fact that it's really taking too long to sell it by owner. It's been 3 days since we called the real estate agent to handle this house for sale. My husband and the real estate agent met each other last Sunday to discuss the price and after they talked, we found out that the price of the house here is a lot lower than we expected if we want to sell now. It's really hard to sell a house now a days in Michigan because of the bad economy and there are so many houses for sale and many more foreclosed houses. We checked online for recently sold homes in our area so that we are aware of the prices once when we get an offer on this house. Yes we found out that the going price for our house is half the price we expected. It is bad timing to sell now but my husband and I can't wait years or so for the price to go back up. My husband really can't wait to live in the Philippines, lol. As his wife whatever his decisions are, I will be abide by him and the Philippines is my country so I would be happy to live there too. I miss my family and every thing there so why wouldn't I? right? So many times I shared in this blog our hopes of selling this house so now hopefully if we use a real estate agent to sell the house we will have good luck soon to have a buyer.

A Well Known Real Estate Company

My husband and I are planning to sell our house and move to the Philippines after the house is sold. In fact we already have started plans to list our home for sale with a well known real estate company. Some breaks of fixing things in the house

After months of fixing things in the house, finally my husband and I will take a break from fixing things. In a of my posts of this blog, I mentioned about painting and installing carpeting which my husband did with my help and he personally installed the carpet as well. It was days ago that we took a break from fixing things in the house after my husband finished installing the carpet in the living room and the bedroom and after we arrange back all the things in the living room as well as in the bedroom. Now that we are relaxed and we both feel aches in our body. Mine is in my back and his is in his left side hip. I know where these aches came from and I ask myself, why this pain bother us in times of relaxation? Well, that's good too because if they came while we are working, it won't be good and probably we couldn't finished our work. It would be good too if we suffered no pain at all. Only I hope and pray that these coming days we both be OK so that we can start our plans of fixing more in the house. Luckily we only have small things left to be done.

Changing the looks of my blog

In the afternoon while I was in front of the computer, I was thinking about changing the looks of my blog. This thought started a few days ago but I had no chance and no idea what I wanted to change, the color of it or the header. Until tonight while my little boy gives me an hour in front of the computer, I finally changed both, the color and the header. So far I like it and I hope you guys like it but pardon me if you don't. Since my little boy is quite busy with his sleeping, lol, I'll try to make some posts here tonight and also thank you all for the visit, dropped EC and the comments left on my posts. Yes, I have some tasks to be done tonight too. With a few days of being busy here, I haven't had much time in front of the computer. Photos of the living room

After our hard work here, I am so proud to share the result with photos of the living room, lol. Finally we're done fixing things in our living room and bedroom. As I shared with you a few weeks ago, we were painting the ceiling and walls and installing new carpet, now every thing's done in our living room and bedroom. Yesterday we put back all the furniture from the other room where we had stored it while we were painting and installing the carpet of the said rooms. Today we finished the arrangement of the said things. I have no idea if I'm happy with the arrangement though but as long as it's good for my eyes to see, then that is fine, lol. Husband and I were planning to buy an indoor plant and maybe put it in one of the corners of the living room, well let see if we can. Above are the photos of the living room to share of.
