Communicate with a long time friend

It is a nice feeling to communicate with a long time friend whom I couldn't chit chat with for a very long time. Yes, I felt happy after I talking on the phone with my friend from Bohol, Philippines. The last time I heard from her was through YM and I just heard a little info about how she was doing. That time she told me that she had a good news which she couldn't share with me yet so I was really wondering what news she had. So tonight while talking with her, I heard a baby sound on her line but I just waited until she shared with me that she has a baby and yes she has a 2 months baby girl and I was happy for her especially she's been longing to have a baby for so long. For you my friend Netz, good luck with your motherhood and I'm very happy for you!

New layout

Yes I made my new layout days ago. I had so many things on mind it was hard for me to make, but I finally did it by thinking positive. There were things goin' on here that really made me depressed and disappointed. For that I tried my best to find something to amuse me aside from my little boy who really gives me strength and happiness but sometimes I need something to do which led me to play games online and to make a new header on my blog. The result of the header and layout was so dark, lol, seems fit of my feelings that I had that time, which depressed and frustrated.

Hurt and disappointed

As I've said in my few previous post, the house closing was scheduled already for Thursday of last week. At the time we were happy and at the same time I was nervous, the reason was, I'm not sure if every thing's OK. The Thursday came and we went to the place where the house closing was to take place and then one of the staff said, the house closing won't happen because the FHA inspector never signed the inspection approval. See, how bad she/he really was. The reason for me being nervous was justified there and I felt hurt and disappointed especially when we tried our best to make this deal happen. The staff gave a new time for the house closing yesterday and still nothing happened because of her/him. So my husband and I decided that we are going to give up on this deal and cancel our flight for tomorrow going to the Philippines and put this house back on the market again especially because they changed the agreement, instead of the buyer paying the closing cost, now they just newly insist that they won't pay it. Which means we would have to pay the closing cost and receive a lower amount than we expected. Since we are hurt and disappointed about what they did we already canceled our flight to the Philippines and we'll continue with our plans to sell the house again. While writing this, my husband heard from the Realtor again who said the FHA has cleared the closing for tomorrow. Well let's see what surprises they have for us this time.

Warm weather

It's been a nice day with nice sunshine and a warm weather here. We are in the 70's today and enjoying the change of weather since we had some cooler weather for weeks or months or so, lol, really forgot when the cool weather started. Anyway, as I've said, we enjoyed the warm weather today, yes we did and we had a nice walk in the afternoon going to the store to buy our daily needs for our final days here until we go to the Philippines! We thought we would hear something new today

The first day of the week here is quite OK but we still continue to wait for the house closing! Yes we thought we would hear something new today after the last inspection which was Friday of last week. I just only hope that every thing is OK so that it will put a big smile on my face!

Yes I am hoping all the time that this deal will close. Thinking about it everyday makes more wrinkles on my face, lol. It's really so stressful sometimes especially if my mind, heart and body are ready to go and most of all we are excited as well but due to some hindrances that we can't help, we have to wait and we do the best we can to be alright. Sometimes we thought of giving up and put the house up for sale again. Well, let us see what news next update will bring.

To update our house sale

To update our house sale, the processing is still stuck in the corner of the FHA loan. Yes as I've shared a couple months ago that we already had a buyer for the house and we're just waiting for the house closing. As I've said in a few of my updates the buyer used FHA for financing the loan for this house and we were happy with that because we thought every thing's OK and after weeks of waiting for the house closing, the realtor told my husband that the final inspector of FHA said that the garage needs some painting of the peeling paint. So my husband didn't hesitate to do it because we need this deal to be done. Unfortunately the final inspector inspected the garage again without knowing we were here and didn't approve the work of my husband. So we had no idea what to do in fact we did our best to please him or her. It would have been a better idea if she or he came to the house to inspect the garage paint and tell us what's the problem directly. Why did she or he disapprove of the paint on the garage and then wouldn't let us see her or him when she or he inspected the garage. Last week the one who really inspected the entire house told my husband what she wanted was to scrape the peeling paint off the garage door and then put two coats of paint on just the areas where the paint had peeled, so my husband did it again but the strict final inspector again had a problem with it. He never approved it and said he wants the entire garage door painted with two coats! Well, my husband had no choice but to paint the whole door garage to pleased the hard headed final inspector for the FHA loan. Now, after the whole garage door has been painted twice, we haven't heard any comments from them again, whether they approve of it or not and even our realtor never heard from them. Honestly if we are not so eager to sell this house we probably would have no more PATIENCE here. It is really hard to deal with two different inspectors who have two different requirements to satisfy. I say this because if we had only one inspector probably the house deal would have closed already. I have no idea if that's the regulation of FHA loan or just the personal intention of the employee towards us, but why do they do that? It really isn't fair to the the sellers especially since we have to sell the house for 1/3 of the true value. It really is so tiring and really so hard to deal with and please them especially when we can't talk or communicate with them directly, just through our realtor. Well, still hoping though.

Photos I always watch every night time

Most of my posts in this blog are mostly posted at night time. Have you noticed it? Well, here, mostly night time is my spare time after of my little boy goes to sleep. I have a few hours in front of the computer for making post/posts sometimes, drop EC, sometimes visiting tag boards and leaving messages, or watching photos which I've saved on my laptop. Just now while making this post I looked at some photos of my little boy. This is the way I am every night looking at the photos and say I miss you so much. My husband laughed at me. Yes, I do really miss the time when my little boy was crawling, with his tiny laugh and smile, tiny hug and many others. I believe it was my mother who told me one time that I should enjoy it while he is at that stage because later on you'll miss it. She is right, I do miss it. Anyway, I love my little boy so much and whatever growing he does, he's still is my baby!

Cool weather without a vehicle

I never owned a vehicle while living in the Philippines. Since I came here, seems like I got use to going to stores and anywhere in our Dodge Durango, but since the vehicle sold out a few weeks ago, I've learned that in this cool weather we really need it to go to the store and other places. Yes, our thought was really wrong. We thought that after somebody wanted to buy the house, the processing would be fast and we wouldn't have to wait too long so we sold a lot of things here like our vehicle right away. Now that the weather is getting cooler and we're still here, we really need a vehicle but it's too late and we can't get the vehicle back! I am just hoping that the closing for the house is near so that we can move on to the Philippines and then we can start our living there and no need to think about having cool weather without a vehicle.

Cleaning the yard

It's already 8 PM here and I just newly finished dropping EC for this blog. I had no time to do dropping EC during the daytime today because we were busy cleaning the yard since we have nice sunlight. It's cool outside though but it's fine for our work to cool us off. We just enjoyed our work while having nice sunlight today after a few days of gloom. Anyway just a little update. Hopefully the coming days I'll have updates regarding our move to the Philippines if everything in the house is OK. At this time we need to find out whats the final inspection of the garage paint result, whether they are OK with it or not. The garage paint is the last requirement of the housing loan that the buyer applied to finance buying this house. We thought everything was OK but days ago we found out that we needed to paint the front of the garage. My husband finished painting it today, so I hope it's OK now.
