Exercise and eating the right foods are the best ways to keep the body strong and fit. As for me, a mother of an active 2 year old boy, I get plenty of exercise taking care of him. Before we newly arrived here in the Philippines I had a lot of weight gain until my little boy became more active which made me more busy playing with him too. What I need now is to have a good diet to help my body stay strong and continue with losing weight. I found a site the other day that list all of the foods that burn fat. I found out that the foods they shared are really the same foods we use sometimes and my husband likes all of them. So I have no problem with using them more often.
