I think I need to do exercises twice a week or so. I have noticed since I was pregnant with my little boy and now that he is 2 years 7 months old, I have had problems with backaches. This is a problem I always talk about here because it comes back again and again. Today I remembered to share it because I have a backache again and it really bothers me a lot. To feel this pain reminds me to do some exercises for my body. Hopefully I can start exercising or else please remind me “Lisa do your exercises for your own good” Thanks, lol.
