Not updating this blog for a days now

Sorry guys for not updating this blog for a few days now. There are lots of things here need to be finished aside from going back and forth to the hardware store to buy materials for the house. Now, luckily I have time in front of the computer for making some updates in this blog and for sure I'll have no time again in here due to the fact that my husband and I have an appointment in the city. Well, my life here is really so busy and I hope the house we're building is going to finished soon.

I shared many times on this blog that how sometimes I have problems with acne. My acne started when I was a teenager maybe due to oily skin. Until the age of 20 I had to put something on my face to make my acne disappear. Now that I'm getting older sometimes I still have problems with acne maybe caused by my diet, especially the time I got pregnant with my little boy. So now I share again about my acne problem. I know for sure it's from my diet and also the weather here always gives me more oil on my face. My sister told me to try an acne treatment which is suitable for my skin. Let's talk about the weather at the moment. Yes I remember to share about our weather here because while writing this post a nice breeze makes me feel comfortable while doing things here. Usually the weather is hot and it's really not so comfortable to do things. The weather here is always hot and that's why I am so happy if the weather changes like now. This kind of weather which is cloudy skies and a cool breeze will probably bring rain soon, maybe tonight or so. I hope it waits till night time though and not in the daytime so that the workers will continue working on the house.

Working on the house we build

It's been 2 months now working on the house we build. The process is so slow really compared to using heavy equipment and power tools. We just hired some carpenters, masons and laborers who only use hand tools to work with but they really do good work. Now we can just see the form of the house and there is no roof yet. There are some people we hired to start steel making for the roof and probably in few weeks from now we can order the roof materials. I am hoping that this coming month or so we can transfer to the new house we're building. I hope!!!!

Since we arrived here in the Philippines a few months ago, I only just now have the time to update recent photos of my little boy. As I've said that he is so super active and thanks to God for that. Busy computer users

It's been days now that I haven't updated on this blog. Well, the reason is not because I'm busy here, it's from the busy computer users. As I've said that since we arrived here, I can only borrow my brother's PC. Since last week this PC has been busy by students here making projects. My nieces and cousins used it for their projects in school so I just waited for them to finish. Luckily today, the PC is available for me to use it and of course I'm very happy that I can.

Rain is a blessing for us, for the plants and for the animals. Yes, I am talking about rain again due to the fact that while writing on this post, it's raining here. It's been days now that we have had rain here. Sometimes heavy and sometimes just only some sprinkles of rain. Aside from the rain we have, the weather is not hot due to a cool northeast wind, which is good because we haven't needed to use our fans to cool us off the past few days. It's been a few months now since we arrived here in the Philippines. Having my husband, little boy and being near my family and friends really makes me so happy but sometimes I miss friends from abroad. I really miss our chit chats and sharing some important things a lot. I am happy though because one of my friends from the USA chatted with me the other day and she had lots of good news to share about her kids, her studies and her family's upcoming vacation in New York. For sure they are happy and will enjoy their visit in New York.

Adjusted to the weather and food here

It’s been nearly 3 months now since we arrived from the USA. Since then, so far my husband and my little boy have adjusted to the weather and food here but I know my husband misses some American food which we can’t buy here, just like how I missed the Filipino foods when I lived in the other country. The most important thing anyway is to prepare healthy foods for them. For sure we can find and buy the best and healthy foods in my country.

I remember when I was in the USA, I always thought about Filipino food because I really missed it a lot. So now that I'm here in the Philippines, I prepare the foods that I want to eat and luckily my husband likes to eat them to. It's been a few weeks of having no rain here and then the suddenly we have had rain every day since last week along with hot weather which caused me to have a headache and stuffy nose. We had cloudy skies and some rains poured today. Yes it's started last night we had rain after weeks of no rain. I am happy though at least our plants here have some water. I know how plants need water so badly, like our bananas, there are some who couldn't get good fruits due to lack of water. Hope the rain gives enough water to the plants here. Also when it rains here it gives us nice and cool weather.

It's afternoon here and just newly arrived from the hardware store to buy some materials for the house. It's tiring though but I try my best in front of the computer while my little boy gives me time here. Yes, he tired riding with us, back and forth from the house to hardware. Trying my best to update regularly in this blog

Since yesterday, I've been trying my best to update regularly in this blog. I hope the Internet connection abides me here. Well, I won't be surprised if it doesn't because we only have a lower server and we only hope we can get a good server once our house is finished being built. Anyway, time really goes by so fast. It's near 2 months since we arrived here in the Philippines. So far we are doing so fine and of course my little boy is getting more active doing things outside the house. He tries to help anybody do things outside and he likes to play a lot. One of these days, I will update him and share some photos of him.

Since my little boy is having his nap I try my best to do some work in my blog. Honestly I miss doing so many things in front of the computer. As I've said before I have no Internet connection at this time due to the fact that we don't have a house yet because it is still being built. Yes, my husband and I are so busy fixing things here for our house and filling requirements for his permanent visa. The reasons are few

Wow, it's been a while now that I couldn't update my blog, the reasons are few. First, as usual we have no home and no Internet yet. Maybe you are wondering why I said no home. Also the Internet connection is really so slow but that's OK for checking emails and updating my blog sometimes. Thirdly, we're really quite busy preparing things for building our house and taking care of our little boy. Those are the few reasons why I can't update my blog regularly. Hopefully everything is going OK here and we can get a good Internet server as well so by then I'll be able to visit you guys. I do really miss visiting and dropping in your blogs!!!!
