Toy Story 3

It's 10 PM here now and nothing to do while everybody is getting ready for bed. While waiting for my husband to finish showering, my little boy and I are busy in front of the laptop. I'm trying to make a post and my little boy is watching his favorite movie, Toy Story 3 as usual. Since we bought the Toy Story 3 DVD he wants us to play it almost everyday, either on the DVD player or on the laptop. I like the story though especially for the kids to learn how to value and care for their toys. I wish my little boy could understand what he's watching and stop throwing and destroying his toys.

The usual problem

It's been days of having no Internet connection here which is the usual problem we've had ever since we started using this Internet service provider. As I've said before, we have no choice due to the fact that there is no other Internet service here to choose from yet other than what we have. Finally, yesterday afternoon the Internet connection came back. Now I'm trying to do my blog work again. Hopefully our Internet connection will be good for us to use a long time before it gives us trouble again.

My birthstone amethyst

I'm waiting for my first online store order since we arrived here from the USA so I'm anxious to get it. Exercise and eating good food

Exercise and eating good food are the best ways to have good health. If I compare myself before I was married and myself now it's quite a difference. Before I seldom felt tired or had an achy back because I did my exercises everyday even if only 20 minutes. Now I always feel tired and my back and neck is always aching because I don't do my exercise routine anymore. Christmas tree

The Christmas tree is one of my favorite Christmas decors. Since it's our first Christmas since the house was built, my husband and I bought Christmas decors earlier than November. The first one we hung on the day we bought them but we assembled the Christmas tree 2 weeks later because we needed to buy more decorations to decorate it. Now it's stands fully decorated and my little boy has started pulling some decorations from it. Well, it's new for him since last year he couldn't enjoy Christmas yet due to his age. Now he knows how to say Christmas tree and hopefully he knows that Christmas decoration are to look at as well and stop pulling on the Christmas tree decors.

Watching his photos from birth up to the recent

I am happy that my little boy gives me time in front of the laptop. He started his nap earlier than usual and luckily the intermittent Internet connection we had earlier finally is fixed temporarily for now, hopefully it's fixed forever. Back to the topic of course, I want to share something while waiting for my little boy to wakes up. While sitting in front of the laptop listening to the music I put on for him while he sleeps, I am watching his photos from birth up to the recent. I've been looking at his photos and I've noticed if he likes the show or movie that's on, he really goes directly near the screen of the TV. I'm guessing he started this at about 6 months old when we started walking with his walker because I followed when he started walking by himself until recently. Below are a few photos I took of him.

Christmas

The Christmas smell is in the air now and it is my favorite season of all. Even though when I was a kid I hardly ever received any gifts from my family due to financial difficulties in life. From those experiences I learned a lot and always accepted what we have. What's important is Love from family and friends. A mother of an active little boy

As a mother of an active little boy my days are always busy at home. Looking after him is my daily routine. Every day after lunch I give him a bath and try to give him a nap. I'll be lucky if he goes to sleep so I can do something else, if not then I just have to continue listening the nursery rhymes waiting for him to sleep. To have a little boy is my treasure that nobody can ever replace. Sometimes I get in a bad mood from him misbehaving or doing something that's not good for him but still I do really love him so much. Next year in February he turns 3 years old and old enough for preschool. Hopefully he will be ready at that time.

We have been living here together a year now

I recall last November 10th of 2009 at dawn time we arrived here in the Philippines, which means we have been living here together a year now. I never forgot how difficult it was to travel with our little boy and luggage. He was 1 year and 9 months at that time and he really wanted to do whatever he pleased even if it wasn't good for him and us as well. It really was a very tiring and long trip for the three of us on the plane. After the trip, I promised my husband that it won't be as bad if we travel again since our little boy is little, lol. After a year here in the Philippines with my husband and our little boy, we are really so happy and contented with our life here. I hope and pray it will continue from now on.

Our week is not over with sickness

Our week is not over with sickness yet. Last week I shared about my sore tongue and headache with a slight toothache. I was hoping every thing's OK and it was but just for a day. Last Saturday night I wasn't feeling OK again. It started with my voice changing and a itchy throat. Of course I thought right a way I had a cold, and I did. When I woke up on Sunday morning I had a cough and stuffy nose. So I tried not to take any medication and just try to take vitamins and drink lots of water but as of today I still have the cold symptoms. So I decided to buy a antihistamine syrup for my cold and I just started taking it. I am feeling quite OK and hopefully this medication would work or else I'll see a doctor for a check up which I don't want to do.

Two days of bad Internet connections

We had two days of a bad Internet connection. Yesterday, we had a day of no electricity until 7 PM. It wasn't good for us here especially my one and a half men needs something to cool them off. My husband used a hand fan and my little boy played outside most of the time yesterday and luckily we had cloudy skies and a little breeze to help them stay a little cool. Really yesterday wasn't a good day. Today we expected it to be OK but our Internet connection wouldn't give us a perfect day, as usual we have a intermittent Internet connection. We're trying our best to do some work on our PCs but it's hard to do. Hope I can finish this post with no more problems.

I am thankful to my family

As I've said on my last few posts today is a busy day here. That's what I thought and I was wrong. Why I'm still in pain

I have no idea why I'm still in pain. Last week I had pain in my tongue and now I have another pain. As I've shared last week I was feeling sick due to my sore tongue, toothache and headache. Today all those pains are gone but early in the morning I woke up many times due to a stomach ache and loose bowel movement which caused me to go back and forth to the toilet. I have no idea what is causing me to have diarrhea. I hope and pray it won't get any worse especially it's almost 10:40 PM here and I still feel uncomfortable in my stomach. Also I pray it's totally OK so that I can sleep well tonight. Anyway I took Loperamide for it.
