Exercising everyday is what I wanted to do since I had my second child but I have no time to exercise and now I still have an excess of 10 lbs. Unlike with my first child after he was 6 months old I lost weight easily. With my second child, yes, I lost some weight right after delivery of my baby and think that was normal after pregnancy, then I lost more after a few months of having the baby. After that I couldn’t lose anymore until now and I’m stuck with the 10 lbs extra I gained. Even though I’m busy with my two kids and expecting to lose some weight because of being busy, I still can’t lose any. Anyway I tried once to exercise last Sunday. Hopefully I can do it again even just once a week by running and walking on a treadmill but exercising everyday is much better even if just several minutes.
