Finally our Internet connection is back. It’s been more than a week or so we had a problem with it. I made a call to the company tech support and told them I would not pay a bill for service that I never received. Also I told them that I would pay the bill once they fix the problem. They heard me because after a few hours, one of the technicians called up and said they are going to fix the Internet problem, lol. I’m happy now because the Internet connection is back and I’m hopeful this year 2013, they’ll give good service to their customer!
