My 30 minutes walking with my husband last summer helped me get my weight down from 120 lbs to 115 lbs now. I am so happy about the result since I want to be back to my normal weight before I had kids. I think I need to lose 5 more lbs but we stopped our walking habit in the morning after the summer and now I only get to exercise a few minutes a day. Hope my busyness at home helps continue to lose weight though. I hope.
